Villa Vita is a newly built holiday home (2026) located in the peaceful Istrian village of Jelovci, near Kringa. It is ideal for guests seeking privacy, tranquillity and modern accommodation in the heart of Istria, while still being within reasonable distance of the sea and well-known Istrian destinations. The house accommodates up to 5 guests, with one child sleeping on the sofa in the living room.
The house is spread over two floors and is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor, there is a living room connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, providing guests with a high level of comfort and privacy.
The outdoor area is fully designed for relaxation and outdoor living. The completely fenced garden features a private swimming pool, a covered terrace with seating area, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying evening gatherings. Private parking is available on the property.
